Chapter 64 Language Considerations

How we talk about data-analytic findings and recommendations can have important implications for building in trust and confidence in the HR analytics function. While we want to demonstrate confidence in our skills as analysts, we also must recognize the uncertainty inherent in our findings and recommendations, owing to different sources of error and bias. In the video that follows, I briefly introduce and cover some language considerations that HR analysts should be aware of.
